4.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active 2ji Casino account. 4.5 Account Transferability. Your 2ji Casino account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or permit any other person to use your account. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account closure.

6.1 Currency. All transactions on the 2ji Casino platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). 2ji does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any foreign currency sent to 2ji payment channels will be returned, less any applicable bank conversion fees, at 2ji's discretion.

6.7 Anti-Money Laundering. 2ji is obliged to comply with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations. Failure to provide such documentation may result in account restriction or referral to the relevant Philippine authorities.
7.1 2ji Casino may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives (collectively, "Promotions") to eligible players. Each Promotion is subject to individual terms and conditions, including but not limited to minimum deposit amounts, wagering requirements, game contribution rates, maximum bet limits during wagering, and expiry periods.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable Promotion terms, all Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn. 7.3 Maximum Bet Restriction. During active wagering of Bonus Funds, the maximum bet per round or spin is PHP 200 (or the equivalent as specified in the applicable Promotion terms), unless the player's account holds only real money funds. Placing bets in excess of the maximum during bonus wagering may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7.5 One Bonus at a Time. Unless a Promotion's terms expressly permit the stacking of multiple bonuses, only one Promotion may be active on a player's account at any given time. Attempting to activate multiple bonuses simultaneously without authorization will result in the automatic cancellation of all but the first active bonus.
7.6 2ji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring entitlements already accrued by eligible players at the time of such modification.

12.3 2ji shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from circumstances beyond 2ji's reasonable control, including but not limited to: force majeure events, telecommunications failures, acts of government or regulatory authority, or third-party payment processor delays or failures.
12.4 2ji makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will operate without interruption, error, or defect, or that any defects will be corrected within any particular timeframe.
13.1 2ji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
13.2 Inactive Account Policy. An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for twelve (12) consecutive months. 2ji will send notification to the registered email address prior to applying any inactivity fee. A monthly inactivity administrative fee of PHP 100 (or the remaining balance if lower) will be applied to inactive accounts after the notification period, until the balance reaches zero or the player logs back in and reactivates the account.
13.3 Player-Initiated Closure. You may request the closure of your 2ji account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure is processed, any remaining real money balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method. Bonus Funds not yet converted to real money through wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
14.1 2ji Casino reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.

15.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.2 Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter.
15.3 Nothing in this Section shall limit 2ji's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property, proprietary data, or legitimate business interests.
